Some say the best way to eat an oyster is with a mignonette sauce, some say it’s a simple squeeze of lemon juice, whatever your fancy, we're taking it to a vote.  Chefs Fred Wong (Ebisu), Josh Emett (Rata / Madam Woo), Yukio Ozeki (Azabu) and Cobus Klopper (Ostro) have their own ideas about the delicacy, so this week they’ll design their own unique oyster condiments for The Galley Oyster bar.

Enjoy the best of Bluff, bubbles and evening entertainment as you take in the breathtaking view over the Waitemata Harbour.
